Although it is not essential to join the innolife site to order, here is a guide on how to sign up at innolife if you wish.
After you add the dvd to your shopping cart, you will need to click Next (if you have signed up to innolife, then click next for members and sign in. If not then click next for non members)
Then the order page will load. Fill in your details if they are not there already. If the receiver and the purchaser is the same person, then after you check the box, your information should also automatically load in the receiver section as well. Just in case it is not, i have also provided a translation for the different fields
Please note that you need to pay with a credit card – bank cards are not accepted (it seems that some debit cards are accepted). If you have further problems with ordering, please either leave a message on the board at innolife

i just ordered a copy for the DVD and uhm im not sure if i had already placed a valid order.
i followed the steps u mention in this blog. after i did everything, I THINK it says ‘thank you your order is being processed’ sth like that. and an order number (AND I DIDNT COPY IT DOWN!!!
but when i cliked back, it says webpage expired and it went back to the blank form i had to fill in.
how do i know if my order has been sucessfully received?
i havent received any email from paygate/innolife too.. i heard some receive it immediately

Hi, I have a question regarding the portion of the address that says “postal code”. Does that refer to the 5-digit zip code (for USA residents)? Or does “postal code” refer to the number in your home address? When I put in my 5-digit zip code and hit the “next” button, my address showed up with “postal code” in front of the “address” (for example, it looked like this: 95634 5621 Main St., City, State, when it’s supposed to look like this: 5621 Main St., City, State, 95634). Sorry if this is a confusing question. I just want to make sure it gets sent to the right address! =)
postal code is the zip code
it should be alright
but if you’re concerned then just leave the postal code empty and write the full address on the address line
I have the same problem. Since there is already a postal code box, do you still need to put your postal code again in the address line? If so, do you just put the street name, city, state, and country?
to be on the safe side, i would put the postal code again on the address line just ot be sure
Okay, Thank you! I ordered it, but I received 4 emails. One was from paygate. Two of them had different admission numbers. Innolife sent me one saying I had made 2 orders when I’m sure I only made one order. I emailed them back clarifying what I intended to order. Do you think they’ll cancel the second order? even when it was not intended?

umm when i was writing down my address i didnt put in the country.. whats gonna happen? i was trying to type in california USA but it didn’t let me so i just let it go through.. what do i have to do now?

I have a question, I read in the internet, that the director’s cut DVD will be 20 episodes, so it’s longer, because they wanted to put in the scenes they deleted.
but I’m not sure now, if they’re talking about the same DVD box?

Hi I placed my order not as a member though and after I finished a window popped up and all it said was that my payment was processed successfully and a bunch of numbers, are those numbers important? Is that all you get until they send you a confirmation email?

I live in NYC, I just checked with the Korean bookstore here and they are also taking pre-orders for their customers for YAB Director’s Cut. They said it’s only available in region 3 (playable on computer) . Just in case people want the Director’s Cut and can’t navigate innolife (like me). So, check with your local Korean bookstore, they may be able to get the dvds for you directly.
