As many of you may be aware, the DVD is going to be released very soon:) Most of you should already have received an email from innolife today (or should receive very soon) with instructions on paying the extra shipping fees and other various tidbits.
In order to make sure everything is absolutely CLEAR, i am posting this to aid those who can’t totally understand innolife’s not so fantastic english 🙂
(1) The DVDs will be shipped by EMS and is charged per set ordered ie if you ordered 2 sets, even if it’s going to the same address, you pay 2 x the shipping fee. Extra shipping fees to be paid have been divided into zones. So look for your country in the categories to work out how much you have to pay.
Zone A – China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Macau – $12
Zone B – Brunei, Indonesia – $18
Zone C – Australia, France, Canada, Germany, Belgium, UK, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, Latvia, New Zealand, Sweden, Russia, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Malta, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Norway – $30
Zone D -USA, Mexico, Peru, Brazil – $36
On top of this, you have a choice of paying an extra $10 to have the poster mailed to you in a tube or if you dont mind having the poster mailed to you folded up, there is no extra charge. If you choose to have the poster folded, it will mailed together to you with the DVD. If you choose to have it mailed to you in a tube, then it will be mailed to you separately. Note, if you would like to have it mailed to you in a tube, innolife is only taking orders for that up to the 18th February Korean time.
(2) If your parcel incurs extra taxes during the shipping process, you are in charge of paying for those taxes.

Choose the shipping option applicable to you and add it to your shopping cart. Then click next for members/non members depending whichever group you belong to. Fill in your details as you did when you initially made your order with innolife.
You may enter a different address to the one that you entered when you first made your order if you wish. Please note that the shipping fees will be calculated based on this new address if there is one. Please make sure you enter your address correctly including the country, city and postal code. (Note: If you are concerned that the postal code will appear in front of the whole address and confuse the posties in your country, I advise you leave it blank in the postal code section and just enter your full address as you would, including your postal code, if someone was to send you something)
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the box down the bottom titled “Liaison matters”, please make sure YOU WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER and your ENGLISH NAME as you would like it to appear on the ANJELL fanclub membership card. Even if you had previously sent me your info, do NOT leave it blank here. (It says there that if you dont fill that in, you wont get a membership card?!)
(4) The DVDs will be sent out in the order that the orders were received. So the earlier you made your order, the earlier you will receive your DVDs.

i think my father cut the us dollar-denominated credit card (i was a supplementary cardholder. i have to check tomorrow to make sure) used in buying the dvd.
can i use another credit card (my own) to pay for shipping. if so, what will be the process?
yes you can use another credit card, when you go through with the process, you have to enter the credit card details, so enter another one if you wish
thank you. i went ahead and paid using another credit card some 22 hours ago. i received paygate confirmation but the one from innolife, not yet.
how long does it take to get that confirmation? coz when i bought the dvd they just came some 3 hours apart.

The order number is a 4 digit number which was included in your confirmation email from innolife
You can also find it in the subject of your paygate email

Just wanted to confirm something with you: I happened to glance down at the Chinese instructions on the postage order page for my zone, and I think it is slightly different/more detailed than the English instructions.
The English version just tells you to make sure to write in your English name, which can be interpreted to refer to the place where you write in the Shopper’s Info or Receiver’s Info.
My Chinese isn’t the greatest, but as far as I can tell, the Chinese version is more specific and says:
“If you ordered the membership card, you must write the English name that you want on your card IN THE LIAISON MATTERS BOX. All those customers who don’t write their English name in the liaison matters box, we will not send out membership cards.”
Just wanted to check this with you, Cecilia, and if Innolife is indeed requesting our English name in the Liaison Matters Box, hopefully everyone can do so – or else, oh no, no membership card!

I haven’t received the email also but I have logged in and paid for the shipping. You have a choice of waiting for the email (which should be soon I think) or just going to Innolife to pay. More importantly, you must remember to put your Order Number in the Liaison Field.

Just want to make sure, what about if your destination isn’t listed ? I live in Reunion Island (French Island), which is close to Africa, so I guess my zone is D right ? Besides, I’ve already received items from Innolife, so they can definitely ship to Reunion Island.

I would suggest that you drop Innolife an email to confirm which zone you belong to. If you have received items from Innolife before, you should have a rough idea of which zone you’re in.

I live in a French speaking country so there are letters with written accents and my street contains one… In the pre-order confirmation mail there was no problem, the address was written correctly but now, my street name “Églantiers” transformed to 蒰lantiers… >_____<

there’s two options you can pick for each zone with a difference of $10. If you pick the more expensive one of the two, that’s the one with the tube.
when u click on the link, there are various options
for exactly if you are in Zone A, you should see an option for Zone A ($12) and Zone A (+ poster) for $22
so u just click the option which includes the shipping for the poster
and yes it’s the empty box down the bottom

Well, I'm impatient and I can't wait for innolife to contact me first, so I've gone ahead and paid for my extra shipping fee. A whopping $46 (which makes that a grand total of $166). =.= I refuse to get the poster all folded up so I paid for the tube. It better be well worth it. hehe. I'm a little envious of all the other zones, especially Zone A and their measly fee of $12. TToTT

There’s still one little problem…I can’t access their website! T_T It’s been a couple of weeks already and I’ve e-mailed them, and asked on msn and they still haven’t told me what’s wrong. =/ It’s still this OpenDNS website thing whenever I click onto anything related to innolife…i.e. this is the page that appears: http://guide.opendns.com/?url=shop.innolife.com%2Fshop%2Flist.php%3Fac_id%3D26%26ai_id%3D13502&servfail
If I can’t get onto their website and fill out the necessary stuff, how will I be able to confirm my shipping and membership card T_T? Do you think e-mailing them will work? Though they still haven’t replied to me about the website problem. =(
Pandaranda, the site works fine for all of us so it’s not innolife that has a problem. For some reason, your internet provider may have just blocked it for u.
Do you have a firewall and antivirus? It could also be a virus in your PC that’s causing it so give your machine a full system scan and if it finds nothing, contact your internet provider.
That could take some time to fix though, so you might want to find another computer (and possibly with another internet provider) to pay for the shipping costs.
If that’s not possible, we need to find another way. Maybe someone else can do it for you, but they’d need to be someone very close to you since you’ll be trusting them with important information.
Btw, just made my payment. Got the paygate and innolife pages saying it’s ok so now standing by for the e-mail/e-mails.

I’ve tried on my brother’s laptop, and it still doesn’t work, so I don’t think it’s a firewall or virus, especially since the Innolife website is the only website which is facing this problem. =/
I’ve texted my friend and asked him to try on his computer since he doesn’t have the same internet provider and I’ll see if it’s blocked for him as well. =O If he is, maybe it’s our IP addresses for NZ which are blocked or something? Do you think Innolife will help if we raise our concerns, i.e. allow our details to be e-mailed instead of inputted through the website? I’ll also ask my cousin in Malaysia to help, it must still be working in Malaysia if I’m the only one with the problem. xD

Yeah, they are really slow, and I have yet to catch them on msn. I’m sure it’ll work out though, my cousin could totally fill in the details for me if our IP addresses have been blocked. Though I really don’t understand why only Innolife, of all the possible websites, has been blocked, it’s not like they’re a dodgy, fraudulent website/famed for copyright breaches or anything. =O
It happened to me once too. An anime forum I’m registered at was blocked from my provider for a few days. Maybe it was even a bit more than a week.
After a while, it just started working again. It’s random, I think. Also, if any changes are made to a site, it’s possible that your provider won’t be able to pick them up fast enough. The forum I told you about got a new server and they said to us that it would take us 4 to 72 hours to see the site working again depending on our provider.
So it’s just a provider screw up, I think.
Just relax and wait for the news. 😉

Hi Cecilia, I ordered a copy for myself and one for my sister but on different accounts. When I went to pay for both, separately of course, I got an email from paygate and my sister forwarded her email to me. But the goods name on both paygate receipts have the same number. But on each slip it has different payments, mine: $22 hers: $46. Is it because I paid both with my card that they have the same goods name? Cause when I preordered the dvd last december, each of the dvd orders have different goods/ order number. So just curious and if I should send innolife an email. Thanks. Their website says on the side that there won’t any customer inquiry service until the 16th.
I think that’s why they haven’t replied to our emails about leaving our english names out of the Liason Matters box.

In order to avoid any possible confusion, I decided to wait for the email from Innolife prompting for the payment first. I got it a few minutes ago, went to pay straight away following your precious instructions and immediately received the automatic confirmation from Innolife… so everything should be OK, I hope 🙂

I also noticed that YA Entertainment has licensed You’re Beautiful, and will be releasing it on DVD English subbed in the US (Region 1) this June. I think you just got the email they send to everyone who ordered the DVD to inform them of the procedure for the shipping fees. I got mine today too ~ It must be automatic, so they wouldn’t check to see if you’ve already paid or not. No need to worry about it I think ^^

Also, the order number for the postage costs and the one for the actual DVD are different. That’s normal, right? I guess they match them later by name.

So in the liaison matters do you just input the details as it is:
Fanclub name
Order number
e.g. Panda
1234
OR do you have to specify what you’re inputting, e.g.
[Anjell Fanclub Membership Card Name] = Panda
[Order Number] = 1234
I just want to make sure that the info they’re getting is clear, but sometimes their ‘not so fantastic English’ makes me a little nervous. xD So what format exactly did you guys use in your ‘Liaison Matters’?
I just put the number and name, I think. Well, their english are bad, but they do understand “order number” and “name”. You can do whichever, I guess. They know what people will be writting there anyway so they know whatever you write will be the order number and your name. ;D Don’t stress too much about it.

Yeah and so I found out it’s just my internet provider which has blocked the Innolife website for reasons unknown. =3 My friend’s going to get it done for me since the website works on his computer. ^^ Yay~ I’m so glad everything is fine and dandy now 😀 Thanks for all your help. ❤

How many emails are we supposed to get after making the shipping payment? So far, I’ve only gotten one from paygate, but not innolife. I sent my payment last Feb 12th.
I think we are supposed to receive 2 emails (innolife and paygate). I have also paid the shipping before I received the notice from innolife (that came a day after I made the payment). So far I have only received the paygate email. Still waiting for innolife…

While none of us know what YA Entertainment will include in their June dvd release of “You’re Beautiful”, in all likelihood it will only be the tv cut with very little(or none) bonus material. I’ve bought their “My Girl” dvd set; the quality is very good and the English subbing is good. The only bonus material was a very short clip of the lead actors giving very brief comments and thanks(I don’t know what they actually said, as it wasn’t subbed). I would guess that their “YAB” dvd set will be similar to that. It will definitely not include anywhere near the extensive extras that our Director’s Cut set will have. We’re paying a considerable premium for this special set, not to mention the additional postage for int’l shipping…not a small amount…but we’re also getting a LOT of really good, available nowhere else, bonus goodies. Well worth it, imho. =)

I was wondering for those of you who already paid for the shipping, do you see a charge from them in your bank account? I paid for the shipping three days ago and got emails from innolife and approval email from paygate right away, so I thought everything was alright. But I just checked my bank account online and I didn’t see any charge from them (not even the pending transaction). I remembered that when I paid for the DVD, I saw the transaction appear in my online bank account right away.
Not sure what to do now? Any suggestion for me? Do I have to go through all this shipping payment process again?

I already have the shipping payment billed on my credit card. What kind of credit card did you use? Maybe you can try your credit card company if they can track that you used your card for paying the shipping.
I live in the US, and the postal code thing can be confusing. I tried to not enter my postal code in that section, but it wouldn’t let me continue my order unless I entered my postal code. So in the end, I had to enter it in, but I’m still concerned about it being confusing the posties in the US?

I guess that counts as a confirmation? Dunno. I’ve only gotten 3 e-mails. First was the confirmation for the DVD purchase way back in January, then was the one everyone got about paying for the shipping costs and now this. So, I don’t have one of those automated ones about my shipping costs payment. Since they did say it’s ok though, I’m guessing all is well. And I guess if any problems arise, they’d let me know sooner or later.

I just got an email from Innolife about the DVD.
They said the DVD will be released on the 22nd, so I’m guessing that on the 19th the DVD’s will be sent to innolife?
They also mentioned about the membership card. For anyone who is supposed to get one and missed sending the infomation to have a name printed, and are supposed to get one will have a blank card.

what they mean is just that they are not the ones who are producing the card
ENE are the ones who are producing it, then handing it over to innolife, who will match up the cards and dvds before sending them out together
