For those who paid extra for the poster to be sent to you in a tube but received it folded, dont worry!
I’ve just talked to innolife support and I’ve been told that everyone who paid an extra $10 for the poster to be sent in a tube will be getting TWO posters – one folded which comes in a package and a 2nd one in a tube which you will be getting separately via airmail (not EMS) so it might take up to 14 days for the 2nd poster to arrive.

I ordered mine in a tube and it came in a tube, but I didn’t get the folded one. Does that mean they will sent me another?

Cecilia has done a lot already and I think you should email innolife yourself.
I did and I got a response from them.
Pls don’t get me wrong. I thought since Cecilia already email them about the poster so she might want to follow up instead and post an update for everyone that’s why I asked before emailing them myself.

Hi. I just got my DVD, I´m in Sweden. But i did not get any random item or a menmership card, and i ordered it before the 5th of january. Has this happened to anyone else?
Did you order the DC from innolife? If you did and before the deadline, you should get them so e-mail them about it. You paid good money and it’s not fair. Also, did you send your info to Cecilia and fill in the liaison matters for the shipping cost order like you were supposed to? For the membership card, I mean.
I’m in Finland so I hope they don’t mess up mine either. I ordered a couple of days before the deadline though so I won’t get the package anytime soon anyways.
Do e-mail innolife about your problem. They should fix it and give you what you paid for.
Hi. I already e-mailed them. And yes I did everything that we were supposed to do, and I did order it fron Innolife, before the deadline. I hope it will get sorted out soon. I would be really unfair if i didn´t get any of those. Hope the same thing doesn´t happen to you.
I guess orders from overseas were too much for innolife. There’s the language barrier too. It is frustrating that you’ll have to go through all this “lost in translation” stuff, but since it’s their fault, it would be wrong and even illegal if they don’t send you what you paid for. So just try and stay calm (although I’d be furious XD) and don’t worry. 😉 Do inform us about the answer when you get one so that if others get the same problems, they’ll know how to act and what to expect.
oh that’s great because I just recieved mine from UK today and for some reason innolife gave me a folded poster not in tube. I was was unhappy about it as I paid extra. Now I just seen you blog about the poster and made my day 🙂 Thanks again Cecilia

I was so excited but I got disappointed when I opened it and saw the poster folded up. I’m just about to ask you about it on what I should do when I saw an email from your blog. Thanks Cecilia for all the info!! ^^ I just got my poster today 😀 2 days after the package. Though the design of the poster is same as the one they sent with the DVD but at least it is in much better quality (no folded ends or folded lines) 😀
cecilia, should i email to innolife n let them know i am one of the “victim” that paid the extra for the tube, but poster folded inside the box, should i? or they (innolife) will know about it?
maybe u should wait a few days for the poster in tube?? mine waited for 2 days after the package arrived. I also had a poster folded inside the package and today I just received my poster in tube.
as innolife said, it may take up to 14 days to receive the poster so you may want to wait a bit for it first

Hi I just received my poster it was in tube so I was fine.
but I did not receive anything else is it supposed to delay the DVD that much. Aldo I did not receive any email more from Innolife exept the conformation.

I just wanted to let you know that it happened exactly as you described it! I received my DVD package 1st and was surprised to see the folded poster! I thought that Innolife made a mistake and “complained” @ Soompi about it. Initially, I wanted to write to Innolife about the matter as I’ve paid extra for the poster to be sent in the tube!
But I’ve been rather busy and did not get down to writing to Innolife; alas when I returned home after work yesterday evening, I found a tube parcel for me and inside was another poster!
It was just a difference of 2-3 days between the DVD package & the tube poster!
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you very much for liaising with the production company and making all these arrangements the past few months to give international fans like us a chance of owning the D-cut DVD set! It must have been terribly time consuming and tough! So thank you very much for all the effort! I really love my DVD set 🙂

Hi everyone. I just wanted to thank Cecilia for everything that she has done. Thank you!:D I did get my card and item, lol its just me who missed them. I was so eager to open the package that i somehow lost them:P Anyway i found my card and keychain behind my sofa, LOL, stupid me.

Yippee!!! I got my package this afternoon. I got a little disappointed though because there was no folded poster in it. I guess I’ll just have to wait for my poster in a tube. It would have been nice if I have 2….

Hi Cecilia, so sorry to trouble you again. I received my poster in a tube and the edges and the right hand corner us actually crumpled and I can see lines. There is absolutely no damaged to the tube during the mailing process so I would say that innolife actually mail me a kinda damaged poster. I emailed them n they told me they don’t have anymore stock and can only mail me a folded poster that belongs to others which means that person won’t get it. It’s so duh and I definitely don’t wish the other person not to get it and this sounds ridulous to me and why would I want another damaged poster?
Will there be some kinda ways to help me? I’m hoping since they are able to replace those folded poster they will be able to replace
mine too. Although the condition is not as bad as those, I felt really sad that I paid extra for a nice poster but ended up getting this.
