What’s included in the DVD? If I don’t preorder it now, will I able to get it later somewhere else?
The preorder version includes: 16 episodes, cut out scenes and BTS, + photobook. What exactly is going into the dvd is still being decided. The preorder version of the Director’s cut DVD will be ONLY available via innolife which only takes credit card payment from overseas residents. If you choose to purchase the dvd after the preorder period, the version available will be DIFFERENT to the preorder version with less BTS and cuts and other goodies.
What’s the region code of the dvd?
The production team is working hard to try to make it accessible to all overseas fans and are therefore to make it an all region dvd. At the moment, the regions which have been confirmed are 3,4,5 and 6.
Will I be able to preorder after the 15th January 2010?
Please make your preorder via innolife by the 15th of January 2010.
I sent an email with my details previously to ybdvds@gmail.com to order the dvd. Do I still need to order via innolife?
Yes. All the information sent to this email address will be discarded and no longer used. The only way to order for overseas fans is via innolife.
Can I pay any other way besides using a credit card?
The only way to pay for overseas fans (besides those in China) is via credit card on the innolife site.
How much is the shipping?
If you live in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macau, the shipping cost is already included in the price. If you live anywhere else, there will be an additional shipping cost. The exact shipping cost is still undecided as the size and weight of the dvd has not been confirmed yet.
If I preorder now, will my credit card be charged now or later when the dvd is released?
If you make your order now, your credit card will be charged USD$120. When the dvd becomes available and is shipped to you, additional shipping fees will be charged depending on which country you are from.
How long does it take for the confirmation emails to come from innolife?
Once your payment has gone through, the confirmation email from paygate should arrive shortly after. However, the confirmation email from innolife for your order may take from a few hours to a day or two to arrive. If you have not received the 2nd email after a considerable amount of time, you can email them at innolife58@gmail.com or add them on msn for live help innolife@live.co.kr or leave a msg at their Q & A board

hi, i’m so glad you’re open to recieve questions because i’m so lost. first , can you kindly guide me as to how to register in the innolife website, seriously i don’t even know what they’re asking me. secondly, do you think the director’s cut dvd will be available in spanish, i mean with spanish subs. if not that’s ok, i just wanted to know since i don’t really know what you mean by regions 3, 4 , 5, 6 and ect… thirdly, do you think i should inform my bank that i will be making this kind of transaction, i don’t know if they will be able to take money out of my credict card in korea otherwise. its just that when i travel abroad i need to inform them so i can use my credict card but since i will be buying it online i’m not really sure. this is as you can see my first purchase online.thanks a lot in advance, hope to hear from you soon. at least before the 5 th of december ,if not i will be having a heart attack , so my life is in your hands… just kidding thanks..

About spanish subs, i understand thre is a significant fanbase who speak spanish. However, there has to be enough demand for it in order for the production company to actually consider it. There are no plans to include spanish subs but if you direct me to a site with a large spanish YB fanbase, i can try to post there and see what the response is like. If the response is good, i can pass the info and evidence that there is a large spanish sub demand to the korean side.
Regions 3,4,5 & 6 refer to the region code of the dvd.
If you are paying by a credit card eg visa, mastercard (not a debit or bank card) etc, then there should be no problems. Your credit card will know how to convert the currency automatically. Just like when you’re travelling overseas, you can use your credit card without hassle

ok thanks, its ashame I don’t know of any spanish fanbase website that can contribute to th director’s cut dvd. i just mentioned because belived or not my mom liked it , she watched with me while it was still broadcasting ,her english is limited so i was hoping that we could optain it with spanish subs. anyway its all good, i can still watch it with her in vikkii … thanks a bunch … I’m so exicited can’t wait to have my own directors cut version..
sorry one more thing, will i be able to play the dvd here in the us, as far as i know the us is region 1 ( so i heard) and its not confirm yet , will i be able to play it . thats all thanks i wont bother you again

i had thought everything was going to be subbed but i’ve just been told that even though the full 16 episodes will be subbed

You said that debit cards have a problem? I’m from overseas. I have credit cards but I actually have a USD debit card so since people from overseas are charged in USD, I wanted to use my USD Mastercard debit card instead, to save on the conversion cost. Are we not allowed to use it?
you can give it a go but as far as i know only credit cards are accepted from innolife
oh i think someone mentioned it previously as well, but the innolife site says that subtitles are still uncertain. it could be that most overseas fans are waiting for the subtitles in the site to be changed to certain before they start preordering. thats what my friends and i are doing
i understand that some ppl feel a bit uncertain about the subs
and i’ve already told the korean side about this concern from overseas fans
the info from innolife should be fixed up soon

You mention regions 3, 4, 5 and 6 being available but as a European I use region 2. Will region 2 be confirmed or is it not planned? I’m very interested in getting this DVD so hope so…
unfortunately, region 2 seems almost to be impossible
the reason for this is that region 2 also includes japan
and they havent been able to get an agreement from them
(i think because the drama is to be aired in japan soon)

I currently live in Tokyo, so I’d love to order from the Japan site, which is cheaper and it seems i can pay through the convenient store. However, by the time the dvd comes out, I will have completed my working contract and heading back to America. In that case, is it possible to order through the Japan site and then have it sent to America? or will i have to order with a credit card like all overseas purchasers??

Does the link innolife still works? coz i tried to order the director cut dvd and when i click basket after it, it shows shopping cart and nothings happens and i tried to click the dvd session of the left side YAB dvd i can see is the OST box 1 and 2 there’s no YAB DC DVD pre-order anymore. T_T!
