innolife mostly deals with customers from japan (and china) that is why the english instructions dont seem to be very adequte. The reason why you must pay the full amount is explained in “About the dvd”. Because this limited edition is made to order, they produce the number of copies which they receive orders for so therefore we have to pay in advance. The release date is still not confirmed, as soon as there is information I will update

I’m elated that the DVD will have English subtitles and will be region 4 (so that I can watch it on my DVD player). The only problem is I’m not sure what my card is…and if my parents are actually going to allow me to spend my money on this T_T And I’m just wondering, do you have any idea of the quality of the English subtitles? I bought a Korean drama DVD once and he English subtitles was just horrible.
the subs will be done by a professional translator so there shouldnt be too much problem 🙂

there is actually no function on the site to view or change your details for the order
if you need to change any details, eg address, phone number, name etc, you will need to email innolife

there seems to be some confusion but there is only one version we are referring to here and that’s the one from korea
the one which will be released in the USA later is produced by anoher company and has no relation to this one at all, that’s why it will be different from this version

On the top of both emails is “PLS Call Issuer (pay901) and both emails have the goods and buyer information and another part for sanction. Are these confirmation emails or they’re saying the order was not successful and i have to use another card? Should the confirmation email from paygate or innolife clearly state that they have received payment?

The Director’s Cut will be released by an american company in the future but it will be a different version to this one, it will most likely be able to be played in malaysia. I don’t know about the price and the subs will be in english. I’m not sure about replacement, but the pre-order deadline was 15th of January 2010 apparently

Just to say, I just ordered the director’s cut DVD on DVDheaven.com for $145. I THINK its the same as the innolife one, that is its released the end of Feb and is marked as special edition with free posters, so I guess its the same. This is a trustworthy site and I think they must have brought a bunch from Innolife and are selling them off cause it is at lease $20 more than what innolife wanted! They only listed it today so you might want to act fast! To find it either click on You’re Beautiful or Jang Keun Suk on the list on the left hand side of the site!!!!

Is it too late to order the Director’s cut version DVD? I live in Canada, and I just tried the above link for oversea order. It is totally blank and not coming up at all??!!

there are no confirmed details whether the version to be released by yesasia in the future will be a director’s cut or not

I too was late from innolife but it looks like dvdheaven.com has it. It’s $20 more but I really wanted it so I ordered last week!
Hey Jill did you pre-order okay from DVDHeaven? Got a email today saying I had to pay more postage cause it is heavier than they expected!!! 😀 But it means that they will be shipping them out real soon! Fingers crossed that by the beginning of March we will ave our copies!!!!!

the regular version will just have hte discs and wont have the photobook, calendar etc

Hey Haru-Haru! Did you get your dvds? I got mine! What freebies did you get? I did not get the mousepad. I got a 2010 calendar notebook, yob picture book and 3 stickers and of course the poster.

You are a bit late for the limited ediion version I’m afraid but you can get the regular edition director’s cut from yesasia.com but it is just for the DVDs, you don’t get any extra gifts.

It is a newer edition with a different dark purple case (well it looks dark purple) and it also comes with YAB stickers.
